TACTICAL CLINICAL OPERATIONS COURSE

TCO is an immersive program designed for qualified civilian and military medical professionals operating in denied, austere, and resource-limited environments.
Through integrated clinical scenarios, participants develop skills in underground medical facility operations, multidisciplinary trauma management, and the ability to deliver the latest evidence-based medicine under operational pressure.
This course bridges the gap between civilian medical expertise and unconventional operational requirements through deep-immersion simulation, collaborative trauma care, and the latest evidence-based medicine.

We recommend registering together with your team so you can collaborate during the course with the same people you will work with professionally.
THE COURSE
The course is held in hybrid mode with an eLearning section and an in-person section. The practical section is a combination of classroom training interlaced with manual skill exercises at critical points to fortify the understanding of the material.
Multiple skill labs are held throughout the course, and every day ends with an open training session where students can revise the material with their peers or talk with the instructor cadre.
The last day culminates with a multi-hour, complex night-time culmination exercise where students take care of critical casualties in small teams under the realistic environmental circumstances of a deep-immersion simulation scenario.

EVALUATION
The practical skills are evaluated based on the skill labs throughout the course as well as the performance during the final exercise.
After passing the course and completing all skill labs successfully, students will be presented with a passing certificate.

This course requires at least 12 participants to take place. In case of an insufficient participant count, the course will be cancelled and the tuition fee will be fully refunded.
