THE ORIGINS
The European Medics project was born from a passion for medicine, bringing together the diverse skill set of the medical community.
What started as an idea written on a paper towel in the back of an ambulance quickly grew into a community of medical professionals that can pride itself on a wide variety of members from all aspects of medicine.
With our background rooted in Emergency Medicine, our interests and projects are centered around austere, remote, tactical, and disaster medicine.
Constantly striving for improvement, we are determined to provide the best and most relevant educational content beyond doctrinal limitations and facilitate the exchange of ideas throughout the global community.

EURMED NETWORK
July 2022 - Today
One of the cornerstones of EURMED is community. Our approach is to connect subject matter experts from all around the globe, facilitating enlightening conversations, in which they can share their experiences and findings. With that in mind, we created the EURMED podcast, which has been heard by thousands of people by now.
TELEMEDICINE (UKR)

When Russia invaded Ukraine in early 2022, the EURMED team looked for ways to support the people and alleviate suffering in a rapid and effective way. Leveraging the capabilities of our community and modern technology, we created a grassroots, community-based telemedicine service that provided help to medics and civilians at the point of injury.
GUERILLA MEDICINE PUBLICATION 2022

After analyzing the nature of asymmetrical warfare and insurgencies in the modern era, we decided to summarize our thoughts and concepts on guerilla medicine in a single document. The "Guerilla Medicine publication" was shared hundreds of times and has seen use in modern conflicts of the 21st century.
