Shipping Times:
All orders are shipped at the end of the week they were ordered in respectively. This is due to the fact that all of our staff members are active healthcare providers and work a full schedule to support their local communities.

Shipping times can vary. Within Europe the shipping can usually be accomplished within 2-14 days. International orders might take 2-4 weeks depending on customs and distance. We do not take responsibility for delays in shipping caused outside of our control.

Since these products come in very limited quantities, we do not keep any stock and can therefore not accept returns or exchanges or returns (including due to incorrect sizing!). Please keep this in mind when selecting your size.

Unfortunately, due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs and customs regulations, we are currently unable to process orders for delivery to the United States.
