All orders are shipped at the end of the week they were ordered in respectively. This is since all of our staff members are active healthcare providers and work a full schedule to support their local communities.

Shipping times can vary. Within Europe the shipping can usually be accomplished within 2-14 days. International orders might take 2-4 weeks depending on customs and distance. We do not take responsibility for delays in shipping caused outside of our control.
